What this website does not collect

fxs.sk uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and has no contact form. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, not by third parties.

Server logs

When you visit the site, our hosting provider's server (WebSupport s.r.o.) automatically stores technical logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type.

Purpose: operation and security of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: as set by the hosting provider, only as long as necessary.

Bookings and enquiries

When you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide (name, company, contact details, dates and scope of the rental).

Purpose: answering your enquiry, preparing and performing the rental contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; invoicing data are kept under the Slovak Accounting Act (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention: for the duration of the communication and contract; accounting records for 10 years.

Recipients

Our hosting and e-mail provider (WebSupport s.r.o.), our accountant and, where required by law, public authorities. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Just write to studio@fxs.sk.
